- Can I order FERA/Meister products online?
Yes. You can order from one of our online retail partners or directly from us. To order from us, simply browse the Product catalog and click on the item of your choice. At the bottom of the item page, click the Buy button.
- Can I request a catalog?
Because want to help protect the environment, we don’t produce a consumer catalog. However, you can view all of our products in the Product section of the web site.
- I’m looking for a specific style, color, and size. Can you help me find what I want?
The best place to see availability of items is here on our web site. If the item is unavailable, give us a call and we’ll see if we can help you locate it at one of our authorized retailers.
- How do I go about replacing my favorite FERA/Meister garment?
We redesign our line each year, so we can’t guarantee items from previous seasons are still available. Nevertheless, we likely have something very similar to (and even better than) your old favorite in our current line. Just call us and we’ll give you some recommendations.
Care of your FERA and Meister product
- How should I wash my garment?
Check the care label sewn into your garment for specific care instructions.
For insulated garments, prior to washing: zip all zippers, close all Velcro, remove any fur or faux-fur trim, and turn the garment inside out. We recommend always using cold water and powder detergent to avoid staining. For Down-insulated items, we recommend drying the garment individually at a high temperature setting for long period of time. It is critical for all the down feathers inside the garment to be thoroughly dried before hanging and wearing the jacket again. Also include 2 tennis balls in the dryer, as these will help “fluff” the garment.
For knit wool items, we recommend using Woolite or dry-cleaning for maximum longevity, unless the garment is made of washable Merino wool. Always use cold water and the delicate setting.
For knit cotton items, we recommend washing in warm or cold water to avoid shrinkage.
Shipping/Returns for Online Purchases from www.feraski.com
- How do you determine your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment. The larger the number of items, the higher the weight and the shipping charge.
- Can I track my order?
You will be furnished with a UPS tracking number via email following the completion of your online purchase. This number can be used to login to www.ups.com and track your shipment(s).
- How do I make a return?

Warranties and Repair
- What is Fera’s warranty policy?
We guarantee that the materials and workmanship in all of the products we make will stand up to the use for which they are designed. Fera offers a 1-year guarantee from time of purchase (applicable only for products purchased in the USA from an authorized Fera dealer) against any manufacturer’s defect.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, improper washing, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
At Fera's discretion, we will repair or replace a defective item. Requested repairs that are not under warranty will be repaired at the owner's expense.
- How do I return my garment for repairs?
Follow these steps:
1. Wash the garment. Government regulations require that all garments be cleaned before return, or they will be cleaned at the customer's expense.
2. Take the garment and purchase receipts back to the retailer from which you purchased the product. Returns must be handled through the retailer. We will provide the retailer with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any return product that does not have a RA number will be refused.
- How long does a warranty/repair order take?
Some repairs may take longer if we have to order materials or parts.
- Can I use a waterproofing product when I wear my FERA product?
Nearly all FERA products are made from waterproof fabrics treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish, so there’s no need to treat the garment when new. Over time and many washes, this DWR finish wears away. You may then consider using an external waterproofing product.
- Does Fera make repairs on older products?
If the product is more than one year old, there will be a charge, but we'll notify you first of the amount.

We offer a variety of Winter outerwear and lifestyle pieces. While most of our product is designed for use on the slopes, there’s no stopping you from wearing our beautiful sweaters or comfy pants and parkas out to dinner, to the bar, or even out dancing.
